Intro to Charting for Young Women
In this LIVE Mini Course, Kari Beadner, CFCP teaches mothers and daughters together to begin charting natural menstrual cycles. This class is for 9-15 year old girls who have had at least 1 period.
We have a dream to see a generation of young women who trust their bodies through education and are able to navigate their health and fertility naturally without birth control!
Join us in this movement by attending our upcoming Intro to Charting for Young Women class with your daughter or inviting families to attend.
This is the health class all young women deserve and all moms wish they had been able to attend when they were younger.
REPLAY NOW AVALIBLE
We will present an introduction to basic observations and tracking of menstrual cycles using a 1-year paper chart.
(As an introduction to charting, this will not be the full Creighton Model System and is not to be used for Family Planning. The Intro to Charting class will be a great transition to the full Creighton Model Charting System at the age of 16.)
A Chart Review with a FertilityCare Practitioner is optional but recommended when needed or seeking a NaPro Technology Referral.
Registration includes charting materials and unlimited Class Replay
